pictures from the brunch

Goodness we had a full, fun weekend. Robert's little brother tied the knot on Sat. so we had all the prewedding and post wedding fun we could pack into the holiday weekend. I took a "few" pictures so I'll break it up into several posts. These next ones are from the brunch. What a beautiful location!

Angela (my SIL) got a little teary eyed about having her dream come true of seeing all the cousins playing together. It means the world to me to be part of this wonderful family. Our kids had such a good time together and got along so well. I love that they will always have each other...and someday, they will laugh watching their children wrestle and run.

Here is Robert and some of his siblings....yeah, he has a big ole family.

Very busy finishing up Jenny's pics, getting ready to leave for the wedding this weekend, end of school craziness, and baseball is winding down finally. Just needed a break and thought you would enjoy seeing the little monkeys. Can't wait to see all the family this weekend, we are so excited to get to the city.

I'm on the ball today....pictures of the boys, as promised

These are some random pictures from the past couple of months. I know everyone was needing a AA (double A, as Papa refers to them) fix! These are not the best pictures or even my favorites, but just wanted to share anywhoo.

This next one is from the boys school music program. Asher had a speaking part and preformed with his class several songs. He was very excited about it and enjoyed himself. Addison cried the day of the show saying they make him stand up for soooo long and why do they even have to do a music show. He stood on the edge of the group, mostly in the dark (so none of his pics turned out) with his hands in his pockets and a frown on his face. I love how their personalities and likes/dislikes are different and how they are growing into their own individuals. This is so marking of who "they" are. Asher is social, loves being the center of attention and getting the crowd going. He'll talk to anyone about anything. Addison isn't really shy, but he is reserved, and quite the momma's boy. Not too interested in making a scene or getting noticed. He is satisfied to go off and play by himself, or just sit in Mom's lap if he is in an unfamiliar place. A lady that works at the school stopped me the other day and said she needed to tell me the saddest story. She went on to say that she found Addi crying at school, off to himself in a corner. She asked him what was wrong and he told her (in between sobs) that it is just so hard to leave his momma. He just loves her so much and misses her and wants to be with her. AWWWEE, that's my baby. Ok, I sort of got off on a tangent. I was saying all this to explain why I had no pics of Addi, only Asher, even though they both were in the performance.
So here is a story board of Addi and his BFF Kreek. The two toothless wonders!

one more girl...I'll post some pictures of the boys soon!

just wanted to show you how blessed I am. I had the awesome honor of photographing this gorgeous girl for her senior pics. She is so fun to be around and such a sweetie. Here is just one...I have a ton, so keep coming back for more. And I am hoping to post some pics of the boys tomorrow, if my day goes as planned.

another little sweet pea....

Do you think I should change my header since I keep posting pics of other people's kids, and does it bother you that they aren't even boys? I just can't help taking photos of little pig tails, bows and ringlets. And trust me, the boys are not jealous at all....they are thrilled to have the camera focused on someone else! So this next little sweetie is such an adorable little girl, her brother's play baseball with the boys so I snagged her for a few minutes during one of the games. I love her creamy, perfect skin and her teeny, princess lips, and her chubby, dimpled hands and her silky, white hair.
